McGath, 29, Woodville Road, Leetonia, was cited for failure to yield turning left after his westbound vehicle on state Route 558 was starting to turn and was struck by an eastbound vehicle driven by Rodney L. Jarvis, 43, Creston, W.Va. at 6:55 p.m. April 28 in Fairfield Township at Fairfield School Road. McGath suffered a suspected minor injury but wasn’t transported. She asked him to stop several times and leave her alone and he refused. He stopped and walked away when she called the sheriff’s office.
