Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a preliminary/pretrial hearing was set March 16 for Cameron Allen Morris Davis, 26, Main Street, Wellsville, charged with fourth-degree felony failure to comply and misdemeanors of operating a vehicle impaired refusal with prior within 20 years, reckless operation and a stop sign violation.
