Delores Mansell

EAST PALESTINE — Delores Mansell, 94, died Wednesday at the Christian House in East Palestine. She was born Feb. 4, 1928, in McKeesport, Pa., daughter of the late Irvin J. And Mary B. Hoffman Taylor. Arrangements by Linsley-Royal Funeral Home, East Palestine.
