Clifford O. Schmidt

EAST PALESTINE — Clifford O. Schmidt, 77, a lifelong resident of Negley and East Palestine, died Tuesday at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Boardman. He was born Jan. 3, 1945 in Salem, son of the late Eugene “Hap” and Susan Faulk Schmidt. Linsley-Royal Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
