Lois J. Papania

EAST PALESTINE — Lois J. Papania, 88, a life-long resident of the area, died Sunday at Covington Skilled Nursing Center in East Palestine. She was born Nov. 2, 1933, in East Palestine, daughter of the late James and Cecilia Gillis Rafferty. Linsley-Royal Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
