SALEM –Tammy Ann Carreon, 60, of South Union Ave., died Thursday at the Salem Regional Medical Center. She was born Oct. 7, 1961 in Salem, daughter of the late Gerald ‘Bud” and Joyce (Kotsch) Garrett. Arrangements by Eells-Leggett-Stauffer Funeral Home, Lisbon.
