LISBON – William Frank Homan, 76, of Lisbon, died at 3:18 p.m. Monday in the emergency room of Salem Regional Medical Center. He was born in West Point, Ohio, the son of Vernon Leroy and Helen Clarabelle (Davis) Homan. Arrangements by the Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, Salem.
