Richard ‘Ricky’ Carl Carpenter

BELOIT — Richard “Ricky” Carl Carpenter, 44, died of natural causes unexpectedly in his home April 13. He was born on Feb. 6, 1978, in Alliance, son of Richard E. Carpenter and LuAnn Wright. Arrangements are entrusted to Dean’s Funeral Home, Sebring.
