EAST PALESTINE — Cameron J. Boots, 21, a lifelong resident of East Palestine, died unexpectedly Wednesday. He was born Sept. 30, 2000, in Salem, son of Daniel Boots and Heather Hahn Boots. Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine is handling the arrangements.
