Carol L. Flanery, 83, passed away at home in Canton, Ohio on March 29, 2023. Born on Dec. 26, 1939, in Youngstown, Ohio, she was the daughter of Lorene H. Beatty and Melvin J. Kruger. Lori was a loving mother and grandmother. She was passionate about her family and loved to garden, bake, read, travel and play bingo.
Lori was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years Ray, an infant daughter and her brother Melvin James "Butch" Kruger. She is survived by her son Raymond E. Flanery Jr. of Knoxville, daughter Cynthia L. (Jerry) Graber of Canton, son Timothy J. (Maribeth) Flanery of North Canton, daughter Kara L. (Cruz) Flanery de Tichoc of Falls Church and son Matthew R. (Marsha) Flanery of Boardman; and beloved 12 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
