1953-2023
Rex Anthony Borrelli died peacefully April 16, 2023 at Salem Regional Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. Rex was born Nov. 12, 1953 in Salem Ohio to William and Betty Borrelli. He spent his entire life in Salem where he enjoyed hunting fishing and spending time with family. Rex was proceeded in death by his father Wm Borrelli, his mother Betty (Marroulis) Borrelli and brother-in-law Glenn Peison. Rex is survived by his brother Eric (Patti) Borrelli of Salem, sisters Dena Peison of Akron and Lisa (Bud) Regal of Salem, nephews Glenn Jr. and Billy, nieces Mallory, Leia and Marra and Marra's two children whom Rex adored, Isaac and Amora. Rex is also survived by his cousin (nephew in Rex's eyes) Sammy Borrelli. Graveside service for immediate family only will be held. We would like to thank the staff of the ICU unit at Salem Regional Medical Center for their wonderful care. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Salem Schools Athletic Boosters.
