Janice Marie Windsor, 87, of Lovettsville, Virginia, died Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2023 at Rose Hill Health and Rehab, Berryville, Virginia.
Mrs. Windsor was born March 13, 1936 to the late Ewing Holloway and Margaret Meehan Holloway. She is predeceased by her siblings Joann Smith, Marjorie Van Fossa and Jon Holloway.
Janice graduated from Leetonia High School and Salem City Hospital School of Nursing.
She is survived by her sister, Lynne Holloway; her daughter Peggy Welty and her husband David, and their children, Caleb (Anne), Catherine (Yuri), Abigail, Emily, Luke, Benjamin, Mary (Cole), William, Owen, and Caroline; her son, Bob Gibson and his wife Pattie and their daughters, Samantha, and Joanna. She also leaves behind seven great-grandchildren.
