On Jan. 13, 2024, Kit Glass Jr. passed away unexpectedly in Youngstown, Ohio.
Born in Alliance, Ohio, on April 3, 1978, to the late Kit Glass Sr. and Judith L Snyder. He was 45 years old.
Kit attended Salem Senior High School. He held many jobs throughout the years but was known for his diligent landscape work and artistic abilities. A talented artist, he could draw just about anything freehand, capturing the essence of his subjects with ease. He was most proud of being a father to his two sons. They were his greatest joy.
Kit is survived by his children Kit David Glass of Youngstown, Ohio, and Dustin Landgraver of Lisbon, Ohio; siblings Paula Duke of Salem, Ohio, Michael Downs (Krista) of Bedford, Pennsylvania, and Shannon Tucker of Salem, Ohio; several nieces, nephews, and friends. He held a particularly close bond with his nephew Justin Downs of Salem, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, David Downs.
There will be no visitation or service at this time. Kit will be cremated and a private service will be held by the family at a later date.
