Greg McKarns, my husband of 46 years, sadly passed away on July 20,2024 at Salem Regional Medical Center. Born August 12, 1954 in Salem, Ohio. Greg was the youngest son of Roy and Helen (Laughlin) McKarns.
Greg was an owner/operator, truck driver for many years and always said he would live this life all over again.
Greg leaves his wife, Linda (Perrott) McKarns, two stepchildren Lynnette (John) Roessler of Winnsboro, Texas, Brett (Sherry) Schweitzer of Salem, three grandchildren and two great grandsons. His sister Naomi (Jim) Johnson of Salineville and his brother Gary (Doris) McKarns of Salem.
Besides his parents preceding him his sister Nancy Chidester also preceded him.
As per Greg's wishes there will be no calling hours.
Arrangements for cremation will be handled by Deans Funeral Home in Sebring, Ohio.
