Carol A. Davis

1943-2024

LEETONIA — Carol A. Davis, 80, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2024, at Salem Regional Medical Center.

Carol was born on Dec. 23, 1943, in Ipswich, England, a daughter of the late Bertram E. and Edna May Stevens Debnam.

Carol had worked as a cook for the former Pine Tree Restaurant in Lisbon where she made delicious pies and soups.

Her husband, William G. Davis, whom she married in 1965, preceded her in death on Oct. 31, 1977.

Carol is survived by her three sons, Dean Davis and Dale (Tina Hager) Davis, both of Leetonia, and Thomas (Megan) Davis of Washingtonville; a sister, Margaret Beckingham of Ipswich, England; a brother, Keith (Linda) Debnam of Ipswich, England; four grandchildren, Devon (Nicole) Davis, Taylor (Caitlin) Davis, Autumn Davis and Amber (Daniel Best) Davis; and four great-grandchildren, Benjamin White, Liviana Davis, Savannah Ross and Tatum Davis.

Besides her parents and her husband, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Bruce Debnam.

Private graveside services will be held at the Oakdale Cemetery, Leetonia.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Woods-Rettig Funeral Home, Leetonia.
