Shirley M. Westphal

Shirley M. Westphal, 94, of Salem, Ohio, passed away on June 6, 2026, in Leesburg, Florida, at the home of her daughter.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Edward M. Westphal.

Shirley is survived by her three daughters, Diana L. Griffin and her husband, Kenneth A. Griffin, of Florida; Janet Baker of Ohio; and Karen L. Crider and her husband, Richard W. Crider, of Florida.

Many grandchildren and great-grandchildren also survive her.

Shirley was born to C. Raymon Bell and Gladys Willis Bell in Salem, Ohio, on July 10, 1931.

She was the last surviving sibling of four brothers and six and sisters.

Shirley was a 1949 graduate of Salem High School and was a member of the Greenford Christian Church for over 60 years.

She was loved by all who knew her.
