Sue Ann Christian, 83, of Champion, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 10, 2026, at Windsor House in Champion.
She was born July 1, 1943, in Salem, Ohio, a daughter of William O. Stanley and Rosenell (Bricker) Stanley.
Sue was a veteran of the United States Army. She was employed at General Motors Corp., retiring after 30 years of service. Sue loved music, listening to her friends bands perform, spending time with family and friends, and trips to West Virginia and Georgia to visit family. In her spare time, she loved feeding the birds and squirrels.
Sue's memory will be cherished by her, daughter, Rose (John) Christian-Elek; stepdaughter, Tammy Weatherington; stepsons, Bert Martin and Douglas (Chrissy) Martin; significant other, Telbert Martin; siblings, John (Dee) Stanley, Kathy (Larry) Murphy, Debby Stanley, and Tim (Tammy) Stanley; and grandchildren, Patricia, Robert, Jason, Nicole, and Treavor.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Matthew David Christian; and brothers, William O. Stanley Jr. and Jeff F. Stanley.
Friends may call from 3 to 5 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 15, 2026, at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
Interment will be in Champion Twp. Cemetery, Warren, Ohio.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
