Mayor offers thanks for July 4th support

To the editor:

As Mayor of the City of Salem, I want to thank the following citizens and organizations for their generous support and sponsorship, and for once again making this year’s fireworks display possible.

It is important to remember that no tax dollars are spent to purchase fireworks. The only money used to fund this city-wide event comes entirely from donations made from individuals, organizations and businesses.
