Men’s Rally in the Valley loses Bing Newton, But God!

But God…

The Men’s Rally in the Valley suffered a major setback this year. Most people familiar with the Rally know that Walter (Bing) Newton was the major force behind the rally. But God, was the major force behind Bing! With the loss of our Excitative Director, Men of Faith has had to readjust to the fact that it wasn’t Bing that brought this all together But God. You see the theme here?

Men’s Rally in the Valley will continue to be a part of the scheme of things here in the Mahoning Valley for a long time to come, as long as the Lord permits. I personally am vested into seeing that Bing’s Legacy will continue.

We are Men of Faith, it’s not just our corporate name. That Faith has been tested, and has overcome all the obstacles that the enemy has ever put before us. The 2022 Men’s Rally in the Valley will be held on Saturday June 18th at the Covelli Centre. There will be an Anointing Service open to the public held at the Upper Room Fellowship in Columbiana on Friday evening at 7 PM. Prior to that, is the Speakers Dinner being held at Das Dutch Haus Restaurant also in Columbiana. Seating is limited and reservation is required. The cost is $20 a plate. Please call Dave Hughes at 330-692-2468 if you are interested.

Our lineup this year will be Willie Robertson of Duck Dynasty, and two local pastors; Josh Lytle from East Liverpool, and Jeff Swogger out in Vienna. Then we have Anwar Fazal from Pakistan who ministers to thousands in his home country on a weekly basis. Wrapping up will be retired General Boyken, now an ordained minister with a passion for spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Men’s Rally in the Valley is a free event dependent upon donations from people like you who see the need for an outreach to unchurched men. Men of Faith is a 501c3 Organization and any donations are fully tax deductible. Visit us online at www.mensrally.org for more information.

Respectfully in the Service of our Lord Jesus Christ, James R. Ziser
