Cory Penick went 3-for-3 with two doubles, two runs and one RBI and Michael Markulin two hits and two RBIs for the Raiders (2-0).
Aaron Tucker and Christian Starcher each had two hits for the Warriors (1-2).
The game was played at West Branch, but South Range was the home team on the scoreboard.

BERLIN CENTER -- Seth Spooner and Riley McElwein each drove in three runs as Columbiana topped Western Reserve, 9-1, Saturday.
Spooner scattered three hits to earn the victory. He aided his cause with a triple and a single.
McElwein, Bayden Pipoly and Devin Daugherty hit doubles.

NORTH JACKSON -- Crestview scored in three of the first four inning on the way to a 17-6 win over Jackson-Milton in five innings Saturday.
Sam Campbell went 3-for-3 with a doube, four runs and one RBI and Matthew Lindsay went 2-for-2 with three RBIS and two runs for the Rebels. Carter Blakeman had two hits, two RBIs and scored three runs. Matthew Strank also had two runs and two RBIs.

CALCUTTA -- Ethan Agnew pitched 3 2/3 innings of scoreless relief as Beaver Local rallied past East Palestine, 10-7, Saturday.
The Beavers trailed 5-2 until until scoring four runs in the third inning and three in the fourth.
FFor the Beavers (2-1), Dalton Curran had two doubles, two RBIs and a run and Avery Wiegand a double, single, two RBIs and two runs. Micah Jones scored twice.
Cale Moraski topped the Bulldogs with two hits and two RBIs. Patrick Bender singled and scored three times and Kyler Bourne doubled and scored a run.
