CALCUTTA -- United's girls golf team was a 229-242 winner over Beaver Local on Monday at the Meadows.
For United, Mati Zines had a 39, while Olivia Ashburn had a 55, Abigail Jones 66 and Alaina Brewer 69.
For the Beavers, Julia Cooper had a 54, Julianna Johnston 60, Izzy Cusick 63 and Jocelyn Koontz 65.
Irish Invitational
YOUNGSTOWN -- The West Branch boys golf team shot a 322 in the Irish Invitational at Youngstown Country Club on Monday.
Jaxon Robb led the Warriors with a 74. Dom Brenner had an 81, Kaleb Votaw 82, Lane Allison 85 and Jase Libb 92.
West Branch will play at Marlington today.
