YOUNGSTOWN -- East Palestine pitcher Blake Noel was in midseason form in his first start of the season Friday.
Noel scattered three hits with 13 stikeouts and two walk in a complete-game victory.
Cale Moraski had three hits and Kaelin Simon two hits and an RBI to lead the Bulldogs offense.
East Palestine (3-2) will play Youngstown Chaney in a doubleheader at Cene Park at noon Saturday.
