COLUMBIANA — Lainy Auer had 18 kills and six digs as Crestview clobbered Liberty, 25-11, 25-8, 25-11, Monday to capture its 64th straight win on its home floor.
Sophia Stewart added 25 assists and five aces. Sophia Dattilio had five kills. Sarah Hively added four kills. Val Boyd had seven digs. Kerrigan Miller was sharp on the serve with seven aces.
Crestview is 3-0 and 2-0 in the Mahoning Valley Athletic Conference Grey Division.
The Rebels were only leading 10-7 in the first game when Laney Boano served five straight points as Crestview took command. Miller served out the first game and used her serve in the second game as the Rebels scored 10 straight points to take a 15-4 lead. Bella Ciapala had two kills to put the Rebels ahead 22-7 in the second game.
Crestview also won the jayvee match, 25-8, 25-7. Crestview was led by Kelsey Houp’s six aces. Lilly Lipply added four kills and an ace.
The Rebels are at Ravenna Southeast today.
Heartland 3, Southern 1
COLUMBIANA — Heartland Christian overcame Southern Local with a 25-21, 25-15, 24-26, 25-16 win on Monday.
Heartland is 4-2, while Southern drops to 1-3.
For the Lions, Maddie Neville had 12 kills, 13 digs and two aces. Claire Liposky added 15 kills, 25 digs and an ace. Makenna Wilson had 19 assists, 22 digs and an ace. Keagan Pruitt had eight kills, 14 digs and five aces.
Haylee Kellogg totaled 18 points and 17 assists and Katie Kellogg had 18 kills for the Indians. Allyssa Shroades had 15 assists and four kills, Kiah Sloan four kills and three blocks, Natalia Lopez six points and three kills, Kalayah Crute three kills and two blocks and Brooke Boyle seven digs.
Southern won the junior varsity match, 25-18, 14-25, 25-22, as Mary Beadnell served 13 points and Emerson Gotschall nine points.

Newton Falls 1
COLUMBIANA– Crestview rolled past Newton Falls 7-1 Monday in high school girls soccer action.
Junior Isabella Novak led the way with three goals and an assist, while freshman Sydni Kiehl scored twice. Senior Sydney Wellman also added two goals.
Assists came from Novak, sophomore Shelby Wellman, junior Delaney Hively with two, and senior Adri Hodge. Freshman goalkeeper Clarice Harroff recorded three saves for the win.
Crestview is 1-0-1 and will be at Springfield today.
West Branch 1, Berkshire 1
BURTON — West Branch’s girls soccer team played to a 1-1 draw with Berkshire on Monday.
Sammi Beatty scored on an assist from Elli Colian for the Warriors.
Audrey Eaton had three saves for the Warriors, 3-0-1.
West Branch hosts Boardman on Wednesday.
United 5, Heartland 1
HANOVERTON — The United boys soccer team captured its first win of the season bydowning Heartland Christian, 5-1, Monday.
Josh Hawkins led the Eagles with three goals. Gavin Coffee and RJ Salmen each had one goal. Zach Blake tallied two assists, while Jude Andrea and Liam Jones each had one.
Seth Blake and Aiden Gundersen split time in goal for United with Blake recording one save.
United (1-4) hosts Kidron Central Christian (3-0) sat 6 p.m. Thursday. It is a rematch of last year’s regional semifinal, which the Comets won 2-1.
Salem 3, Boardman 0
SALEM — Salem scored all of its goals in the second half in a 3-0 win over Boardman on Monday.
Karlie Sampson scored with 25 minutes remaining to open the scoring. She added another on an assist by Garyn Rohm a short time later. She finished off her hattrick on an assist from Addie Hopple.
Paige Menough had 12 saves.
Salem is 3-1 and hosts Newton Falls on Thursday.
Salem played to a 1-1 draw in the jayvee game. Ava Lee scored for the Quakers.

Cardinal Mooney 145, Columbiana 171
BOARDMAN — Cardinal Mooney’s boys golf team beat Columbiana 145-171 on Monday at Mill Creek South.
Alex Eckstein led Mooney with a 34. Tyler Guerrieri, Dante Turner and Mason McClure had 37s.
For the Clippers, Trent Hall had a 41, while Luke Struharik had a 42, Davin Masters 43 and Geoffrey Malcomson 45.
Columbiana (10-3) hosts Mineral Ridge today.
Salem 198, East Palestine 237
SALEM — Salem’s boys golf team ran away with a 198-237 win over East Palestine on Monday at Salem Hills.
For Salem (5-7), Caden Arcuri had a 46, Tanner James 48, Vinnie Yannucci 49 and Cason Citino 54.
For East Palestine, Luke Kinkead had a 47, Kala Bland 60, Alivia Magness 57 and Jet Walker 63.
Salem is at Alliance today.
McDonald 224, Crestview 237
GIRARD — McDonald’s girls were a 224-237 winner over Crestview on Monday at Mahoning Country Club.
For the Rebels, Elaina Louk had a 49, Maye Miller added a 55, while Meya Miller had a 63 and Dessa Huston 79.
Bella Morgan led McDonald with a 52.
