Warriors drop Eagles
HANOVERTON — Eastern Ohio Athletic Conference champion United fell to Carrollton by an 6-4 count on Friday in softball action.
Callie Koons had three hits including a double for the Eagles. Chloe Angelo had a triple, home run and two RBIs. Brittany Miller had a double.
Jillian Dietrich was the losing pitcher with two walks and a strikeout in two innings.
United is 15-6 and is slated to host Beaver Local on Saturday.
