NEWTON FALLS -- Columbiana’s girls soccer team was a 13-0 winner over Newton Falls on Saturday.
Camille Jeffries and Josie Hepler had three goals each for the Clippers. Aubrie Quetot and Kendra Brown also scored two goals each. Shayla Schmidt, Karli Martin and Larah Chamberlain scored single goals.
The Clippers (6-2-1) are at United today for an OVAC semifinal.

COLUMBIANA 3, SPRINGFIELD 0
COLUMBIANA -- Columbiana’s volleyball team defeated Springfield 25-10, 25-9, 25-18 on Saturday to improve to 11-0 overall.
Addisyn Dangler led the Clippers with eight kills, six aces, two blocks, 12 points and four digs. Landry Smith had seven kills, two aces and six points. Eva Waller recorded 25 assists, three aces, seven points and two digs. Keagan Pruitt added five kills, two aces, 10 points, one assist and five digs. Annabelle Church had two kills, four aces, two points and one dig, while Ava Marks added four kills.
Columbiana also won the junior varsity match 25-11, 25-10.
Brilley Schmidt had five aces, nine points, five assists and four digs. Adelaide Garrett added two kills, four aces, nine points, four assists and five digs. Sylvia Rapp had two kills, 10 aces, 10 points and four digs. Riley Fisk added one kill, one ace, five points and two assists. Keagan Reynolds had five digs.
Columbiana hosts Lisbon on Tuesday.
