Warriors, Rebels eliminated in golf

RAVENNA -- West Branch and Crestview’s boys golf teams completed their seasons on Tuesday in the Div. II sectional tournament at Windmill Lakes.

West Branch finished 10th with a 386. For the Warriors, Karson Fuson had a 93, Bennett Biggs 96, Dylan Huntsman 97 and Ashton Clay 100.

Crestview was 13th with a 424. For the Rebels, Derek Duvall had a 93, Grant Snyder 99, Karl Wilhelm 113 and Hunter Panezott 119.

Poland (317), Cardinal Mooney (323) and Southeast (345) earned the team district qualifying spots set for Tuesday at Windmill Lakes.

Individual district qualifiers not on a qualifying team were Streetsboro’s Dominic Marcini (80), Chagrin Falls’ Peter Fischer (82) and Garfield’s Carter Haddox (82).
