COLUMBIANA — Columbiana hung onto its share of the Eastern Ohio Athletic Conference lead with a 10-0 win over Southern on Wednesday. Kyla Hogan and Ella Eisenbraun delivered for the Clippers with a double and single each. Natalie Barrow also had a double. NWSL team on the way COLUMBUS —The National Women’s Soccer League announced on Tuesday that Columbus would be its 18th franchise after the Haslam Sports Group had submitted a bid to bring professional women’s soccer to the state capital. The team will debut in 2028 and will use ScottsMiracle-Gro Field, the current home of the Columbus Crew, as its home field.
