BELOIT — West Branch sophomore Elli Colian tied a school record with five goals in an 8-0 win over Marlington on Wednesday. West Branch improves to 9-0 overall and 2-0 in the Eastern Buckeye Conference. They will play at Ursuline on Monday. Caiden Schroeder contributed one goal and one assist. CANFIELD — The Beaver Local boys came out on top of Suburban League cross country action Tuesday at the Youngstown State University Course across from the Canfield Fairgrounds. The Beavers topped the 10-team field with 48 points. McDonald was second with 96 points and Columbiana third with 97.
