CLEVELAND — Cleveland's new WNBA franchise might not have announced its name just yet, but a strong hint appeared Friday on Edgewater Beach. A sand sculpture with the words "HEAR THE CALL" plus what appears to be a light blue and white WNBA basketball showed up on the beach ahead of the Sand Fest event scheduled for Saturday.
