Municipal LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Erica Sprankle, 41, East Fourth Street, East Liverpool, was fined $600 and received credit for four days served for attempted theft, possessing criminal tools, possession of a drug abuse instruments, and drug paraphernalia. Two counts of drug paraphernalia and one count of possessing drug abuse instruments were dismissed. Salineville man appeals consecutive sentences

LISBON — A Salineville man recently sentenced to 44 months in prison filed an appeal recently in the Seventh District Court of Appeals to challenge the consecutive sentences. Scott M. Haines, 52, state Route 164, who fled from deputies after threatening another man in the Spring Valley Road area in 2020, was sentenced to consecutive sentences of 36 months for fleeing and making threats and eight months for nonsupport of dependents from 2020 to 2022, for a total of 44 months in prison.
