1951-2024 Nancy Lee Sines, 73, of Wintersville, Ohio, passed away on September 7, 2024. She was born on April 15, 1951, in Salem, Ohio, to the late Lester and Betty (Crew) Bowman. In addition to her parents, Nancy is preceded in death by her daughter, Traci Shoulders; and her sister, Barbara Bowman. Nancy is survived by her daughter, Becki (Art) Fowler; her grandchildren, Noah Fowler and Allan “A.J.” Shoulders; her great grandchild; Oliver Shoulders; her many cousins; and her dog, Gracie.
