Columbiana seeking member for zoning appeals board

COLUMBIANA — The city is looking for a new member to serve on the Board of Zoning Appeals. City Manager Lance Willard said the vacant seat is the result of the resignation of Jack Sutherin, whose term does not expire until the end of 2027. County purchases road salt for winter

LISBON — The Columbiana County commissioners approved an emergency purchase of road salt in their meeting Wednesday. The commissioners unanimously approved a resolution authorizing the purchase of rock salt from Hoopes-Edwards Capital, LLC for $126.50 per ton at a cost not to exceed $124,999.99.
