CANFIELD (WKBN) — The Canfield Fair Board posted an open letter to the community Tuesday regarding the future of alcohol service at the fairgrounds. The board announced its plan in May to serve alcohol during this year’s fair after voters approved a ballot measure allowing the precinct to go from dry to wet. LISBON — Columbiana County commissioners agreed Wednesday to give taxpayers who own and occupy their homes a break of 2.5 % on next year’s property tax bill.
