BOARDMAN — The Mahoning County Republican Party reelected Tom McCabe as its executive committee chairman and returned him to head the central committee after a yearlong experiment to split the two positions. LISBON — Judy Noel of the Lisbon Fireworks Committee updated village council on the upcoming festivities set for July 2 at the Columbiana County Fairgrounds, stressing it’s a free event. “We expect a very large crowd,” she said.
