Columbiana County commissioners authorize Columbiana to remove roadside pavilion

LISBON — The Columbiana County commissioners agreed recently to authorize the city of Columbiana to remove a crumbling pavilion from a county-owned roadside rest on Old state Route 14 near Madison Drive in Columbiana. “They’re going to tear it down,” Commissioner Roy Paparodis said.
