SALEM – The Salem High School Class of 1962 held its 60-year class reunion Aug. 6 at the Salem Italian-American Club. Forty-one classmates and 17 spouses attended with three coming as far away as Alabama. The meal was provided by Linda’s Homecooking Catering and a class picture was taken with photos distributed later in the evening. A candle-lit table display was set up for picturing and honoring all the deceased classmates. Friday evening prior to the reunion, an informal get together at BB Rooners was enjoyed by 37 attendees. Locals in the call meet monthly for lunch and all classmates are now anticipating celebrating their 80th birthday together in the summer of 2024.Salem Class of 1962 holds its 60-year reunion in August
