Winona Ruritans recognized for 70 years of continuous service at their April meeting

WINONA – The Winona Ruritan Club held it’s annual Father, Daughter, Granddaughter, Great-Granddaughter dinner meeting April 28 at the Winona Friends Church. President Rob Doyle Jr. called the meeting to order and welcomed all the guests and members to this event. He also introduced Dennis Imhoff, docent of the Beaver Creek Wildlife Education Center presenting entertainment for the evening. NORTH GEORGETOWN – The West Branch Area Ladies Ruritan Club held its monthly meeting April 20 at the North Georgetown Church of the Brethren. Carrie Pennington, administrator of Sophia Women’s Center in Salem, served as guest speaker. The center is a non-profit professional clinic providing confidential, professional, non-judgmental services to women experiencing an unplanned pregnancy.
