Municipal LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Erica Sprankle, 41, East Fourth Street, East Liverpool, was fined $600 and received credit for four days served for attempted theft, possessing criminal tools, possession of a drug abuse instruments, and drug paraphernalia. Two counts of drug paraphernalia and one count of possessing drug abuse instruments were dismissed.
