Salem — Chandler Robinson, Salem, was arrested for criminal damage for allegedly removing a section of fencing on the property of a business in the 500 block of South Broadway Avenue. — A domestic in progress was reported in the 400 block of Franklin Avenue at 1:02 a.m. Friday.
