LISBON — The owner of the second dog accused of attacking and seriously injuring a woman on May 15 at Lake Tomahawk recently filed an appeal to challenge the vicious dog designation against her dog, Beau, with a hearing set for 2 p.m. June 15 in Columbiana County Municipal Court. LEETONIA — The village of Leetonia will be celebrating the grand opening of the new restrooms at the Wurster Memorial Splash Pad with an evening of family fun Friday. The event promises a full night of free activities for children from 5 to 8 p.m. The event will feature a large bounce house, music and free food for attendees.
