LISBON — The Counseling Center of Columbiana County’s Employment Services Department will host its second annual opportunity expo from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, Sept. 14, at the Columbiana County Fairgrounds in Lisbon. WINONA – The Winona Ruritan Club held its August meeting at the Winona Friends Church Aug. 25.
