COMMON PLEAS COURT
LISBON – Bradley A. Carpenter, 28, Creek Road, New Waterford, pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, illegal manufacture of drugs and prohibitions concerning the purchase of pseudoephedrine product.
According to court documents, police found the chemicals, along with Coleman fuel and lithium batteries in the home where Carpenter had been staying on Silliman Street along with other co-defendants Heidi Todd, Daniel Todd II and Jill Fulton. Additionally, between Jan. 18 and Feb. 13, Carpenter reportedly aquired more than 12.9 grams of pseudoephedrine by making multiple purchases from various drug stores.
This case will be sentenced on Aug. 19, along with receiving stolen property charge, which he pleaded guilty to on June 3. The receiving charge involved a pickup truck belonging to Charles Rogers, taken from the Salem Walmart and found in Carpenter’s possession last July 8.
