LISBON — A June 7 preliminary hearing was set in County Municipal Court for Brandon K. Sanor, 35, Malmsberry Road, Beloit, charged with receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony. On May 24, Sanor was reportedly driving a 2003 Chevrolet Impala reported stolen on May 22 by Sidney Vanscoy, when he went to the Yates Road, Salem Township, home of Shawna Blake. Court records also claim Sanor removed Blake from the house by force.
A June 7 preliminary hearing was set for Daniel Ray Mathes, 29, state Route 154, Rogers, charged with theft for allegedly taking David Witherow’s 2009 Kia Rondo from the parking lot of the East Palestine Moose Lodge without his permission on Friday.
A June 7 preliminary hearing was set for Kyle E. Melott, 26, state Route 164, Leetonia, charged with failure to comply and obstructing official business for allegedly running from deputies and troopers, first in a vehicle and then on foot through the Roger’s area on Saturday.
Isaac L. Lemasters Jr., 51, Salineville Road West, Salineville, was bound over to the grand jury on charges of carrying a concealed weapon, drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence for allegedly having a tear off baggie with white residue found at his feet on the floor of a patrol car in Wellsville.
Patrick Moore, 45, Corydon, Ind., was bound over to the grand jury on a tampering with evidence, resisting arrest and falsification charges for allegedly having a small, jewelry-type container in his front pocket and a blue piece of folded paper with suspected heroin down his pant leg, which was being removed when Moore reportedly took off running last week before being tackled by Sgt. Brandon Brown, sending both to the hospital. Additionally, Moore allegedly gave the name Gary Moore and other false information and attempted to destroy drug evidence.
Ajanel Sica Juventino, 40, Cleveland Street, Salem, was fined $3,000 and ordered to reimburse the department liquor control $1,004 for six counts of keep place where beer or intoxicating liquors are furnished. Six additional counts of activities prohibited without a permit were dismissed.
A July 13 pretrial was set for Travis Lee Miller, 23, Hammondsville, cited with OVI first offense, improper backing and no temporary permit.
A July 26 pretrial was set for Kirk A. Leek, 45, Newgarden Road, Salem, cited with OVI first offense and left of center.
Cruz Allen Murphy, 29, state Route 39, Wellsville, was fined $925, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service for failure to control and OVI first offense.
Marybeth K. Lewis, 55, Tomahawk Drive, Negley, was fined $925, had her license suspended for 180 days, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 20 hours community service for failure to control and physical control amended from OVI first offense.
A June 10 pretrial was set for Justin M. Givens, 26, U.S. Route 30, Kensington, charged with assault, criminal damaging and aggravated menacing for allegedly attacking Dominic Stacey with a two-by-four, throwing a rock at the vehicle of Brittany Trimble shattering the windshield and threatening to kill Trimble if the police were called on June 10, 2020.
A June 10 disposition hearing was set for William A. Curtis, 29, 14th Street, Wellsville, charged with marking false alarms, obstructing official business and two counts of resisting arrest for allegedly claiming Shane Carpenter drove past his house in a green truck and pointed a gun at him on Monday and that Carpenter had punched in the gut on a few days earlier, neither of which were determined to be true. Curtis further reportedly ran and hid in his home after learning he was going to be under arrest. Charges of escape and assault of a police officer were dismissed involving him allegedly running down the street in handcuffs after shoving a police officer.
A June 28 pretrial was set for Edward C. Rogan Jr., 36, Dutchtown School Road, Rogers, charged with domestic violence for allegedly hitting Kia Sierra Clemmer in the face multiple time s and pushing her to the floor on Saturday. A June 10 pretrial was set for Clemmer, 23, state Route 154, Negley, charged with domestic violence for allegedly hitting Rogan with a sippy cup in the face and hitting him nine times, knocking him into his 9-year-old daughter.
A June 14 pretrial was set for Benjamin M. Kuhlen, 24, East Lincoln Way, Lisbon, charged with resisting arrest and domestic violence for allegedly threatening to harm Gerlinde Bailey on Sunday and then pulling away from police attempting to arrest him in Center Township.
Richard A. Richards Jr., 45, was fined $300, credited with a day in jail and sentenced to an additional 29 days in jail for assault and disorderly conduct for his involvement in a fight at the Tipsy Cow in Leetonia in October.
An Aug. 19 pretrial was set for Trista L. Robertson, 21, Walnut Street, Salem, charged with theft for allegedly failing to scan more than $240 in merchandise at the Salem Walmart on Saturday.
Matthew S. Hardenbrook, 57, Columbia Street, Leetonia, was fined $500 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension and hit skip.
Ronald L. Handy III, 23, North Benton, was fined $250 for criminal damaging for ceiling tile and framework damaged at the Salem Regional Medical Center where Handy was transported for treatment by Sebring Police and attempted to escape on July 24.
A June 10 pretrial was set for Antonio D. Deleon, 37, Market Street, Columbiana, charged with domestic violence, resisting arrest and obstructing official business for allegedly screaming, chasing and causing a child to believe he was going to harm her, and then pulling away from police in Columbiana.
A July 19 pretrial was set for Samantha R. Fagan, 23, Fairview Park, cited with driving under suspension.
A July 20 pretrial was set for Rachel L. Jenkins, 37, Lighthouse Court, East Liverpool, cited with driving under suspension and speeding.
Willard R. Miller, 71, Woodworth Road, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for discarding litter on March 29 in East Palestine.
Treton G. Ball, 26, South Range Road, North Lima, was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.
Eugene J. Rogers Jr., 25, Center Street, East Liverpool, was fined $50 for refuse disposal prohibited for allegedly leaving a beer bottle on the bank at Highlandtown Lake on April 18.
Christopher M. Barnes, 33, Calcutta Smithferry Road, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for a head lights violation. A driving under suspension citation was dismissed.
Jonathan R. Cook, 34, South West Street, Columbiana, had a criminal mischief citation dismissed after he completed counseling, community service and made restitution.
