Sheriff Reports

— Deputies responded to an East Main Street, New Waterford property after being dispatched at 12:14 a.m. Friday for a welfare check. Deputies spoke with the person, who was found to be in good health and decent living conditions.

— Deputies were called at 9:03 a.m. Thursday to Glasgow Road, Wayne Township for a disturbance, finding the man causing the disturbance had some mental health issues and appeared to need assistance. No threats or physical violence occurred to anyone at the residence. A deputy transported the man to East Liverpool City Hospital for medical and mental health evaluations.

— A deputy responded at 11:15 p.m. Nov. 5 to Sunset Drive, Hanover Township, regarding a report of a man in a ball cap walking in the street and private yards screaming for help. He was located on Hanna Drive at the intersection of Sunset Drive and was observed yelling to himself, confused, paranoid and apparently under the influence of a controlled substance. He was identified as Reggie Scott Milton, 43, Akron. He was charged with disorderly conduct and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, with a charred glass pipe found in his bag in his vehicle. According to the sheriff’s report, potential additional charges of drug possession for suspected methamphetamine remain pending.
