Sheriff’s Office — Deputies responded at 1:02 p.m. Monday to the Opportunity School on Brookfield Avenue, Lisbon for a juvenile call. — A welfare check was requested on a person at a residence on state Route 14, Unity Township at 8:46 a.m. Monday, with the caller not hearing from the person for some time and their phone going directly to voicemail. Deputies arrived and talked to the person, who said he has not had electric to charge his phone, but he is fine. Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a man accused of sexual battery for allegedly touching a teen inappropriately appeared for arraignment Monday. A preliminary hearing was set April 20 for Eric Jusdin White, 37, Youngstown, who’s charged with a third-degree felony for the incident reported April 12 in St. Clair Township. Sheriff’s Office — A man reported at 12:28 a.m. Friday that his adult son left his home at 3 p.m. in his vehicle, not taking his phone or any other items with him. He was concerned for his son’s welfare because he has never left before.
