Salem — Officers responded to the 100 block of South Lincoln Avenue at 4:42 a.m. Wednesday for a reported verbal dispute. Officers determined that a person living in an apartment below the caller’s had gotten into an argument with his girlfriend after a long night of drinking alcohol.
