Salem — Officers checked on a person reportedly walking back and forth between the windows of the drive-thru at a business in the 1700 block of East State Street at 1:53 a.m. Wednesday. Officers spoke with the person who advised he needed something to drink, and the fire department and EMT responded due to the person appearing to be under the influence of unknown substances.
