Sheriff’s Office — Deputies were dispatched at 10:04 p.m. Sunday to Cream Ridge Road, Elkrun Township, for a person having a mental episode. Sheriff’s Office — A woman on Clarkson Road, Middleton Township, reported at 9:36 p.m. Saturday that she was being harassed by an unknown person on the WhatsApp who is wanting $100 or her face will be attached to nude bodies. FIRE

Salem — A vehicle fire was reported in the 400 block of West Sixth Street at 8:36 p.m. Friday. When firefighters arrived, they located a Jeep Wrangler in the driveway of a residence with smoke in the passenger compartment but no obvious flames. A water can was brought to the car, and firefighters found a small flame inside the vehicle on the floorboard under the steering wheel which was extinguished. The vehicle’s battery was disconnected, the vehicle was checked with a thermal imaging camera to ensure there were no hot spots, and the damage was photographed.
