Highway Patrol – Emily Weddle, 24, Lisbon, was cited for assured clear distance ahead following a three-vehicle crash on state Route 45 at Salem Grange Road at 12:16 p.m. Sept. 1 in which she was southbound and struck the rear of another vehicle, pushing it into the rear of the third vehicle. Grand Jury LISBON – A Campbell woman accused of possessing drug paraphernalia was one of 14 defendants openly indicted by the Columbiana Grand Jury Sept. 2. Brittney M. Coleman, 31, Campbell, was charged with third-degree felony tampering with evidence, fifth-degree felony possession of cocaine, fifth-degree felony possession of a fentanyl related compound and misdemeanor illegal use of possession of drug paraphernalia for allegedly attempting to destroy evidence while being in possession of the drugs July 19.
