U.S. Rep. Michael Rulli, R-Salem, has had bills heard by House committees, including two that were passed by the House and sent to the Senate. It was incorrectly reported in Wednesday’s edition that none of Rulli’s bills had been heard by House committees. It meant to state that none of the bills mentioned in the article were heard by House committees.

Keller, 52, Summit Street, Salem, was bound over to the county grand jury for receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony, for driving a stolen vehicle in Salem on April 6 when officers conducted a traffic stop. Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a psychological examination by the Forensic Psychiatric Center of Northeast Ohio was ordered for Jonathan D. Cook, 42, Oak Street, Leetonia, for competency and sanity. Cook has three separate criminal cases pending, including the latest for menacing for alleging making credible threats to seriously injure or cause the death of a woman and her family by saying he would take a hatchet to them, an affidavit said.
